Carrrot, Inc. (“Sitery” and also reffered to us, we, our or any of our corporate affiliates) understands the importance of user privacy and takes privacy matters very seriously. So is being transparent about how we collect, use, and share information about you. 

This Privacy Policy applies to all Sitery users, including unregistered visitors and registered users (collectively, “Users”, “you”, or “your”), and to all Sitery services, including our websites (including www.sitery.com and any of its subdomains, the “Website”), web applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting Mottor’s existing and future website(s), application(s) and/or domain name(s) at https://sitery.com, including its sub-domains and mobile optimized version (collectively, the “Site”), or otherwise accessing any linked pages, features, content, products owned or operated by Sitery, you acknowledge and accept the terms in this Privacy Policy (“Policy”).

This Policy is a legally binding agreement between Mottor and, you, a user of our Services and/or visitor of our Site; and your acceptance of this Policy arises upon your simple use of the Services, your use of the Site, or when you otherwise click on the “I accept” checkbox on our registration page (or similar box or means).  If you do not agree with this policy, do not access or use our Site and/or Services or interact with any other aspect of our business.  

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party applications or software that integrate with the Services (“Third Party Services”), or any other third party products, services or businesses.
What information we collect about you
We collect information about you when you provide it to us, when you use our Services, and when other sources provide it to us, as further described below.  We collect a variety of personally identifiable information ("PII") about users of our Services in order to ensure a quality user experience. "PII" means information that we can use to identify or contact you, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address or other contact information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all PII that you submit to us. Inaccurate information may affect your experience when using the Services and/or our ability to contact you as described in this Policy.

PII does not include "Aggregated Information" which is information or data we collect where individual user identities have been removed, including metadata on your use of the Services, IP address logs, device and location information. Aggregated Information helps us understand trends, user needs and other information to provide improved Services and may be used by us for any purpose.

We may also collect other non-personally identifiable information about your use and interaction with our Services. "Non-personally identifiable information" means information where we cannot determine the identity of a natural person. If you do not wish to disclose any required information, then your sole remedies shall be to close this web tab, delete your Sitery account and/or exit the Site.
How we collect information
We collect information about you when you register for a Sitery user account (“Account”), create or modify your profile, sign-up for or make purchases through the Services. For example, you provide your contact information and billing information, when you register for the Services. We keep track of your preferences when you select settings within the Services.  You may also give us information to allow us to contact you or use certain features available through our Services without signing up for an Account, such as when you fill out a request form, provide feedback, email us, or engage in communications with our team. While you may use some functionality of the Services and/or Site without registering for an Account, most functionality and services will require that you register for an Account. Your emails, calls and other correspondence to and from us may be recorded for various purposes including: monitoring customer service quality or compliance, checking accuracy of the information you provide us, preventing fraud or providing training for our staff or customer service representatives. Any information obtained from you through Customer support will be treated in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

When you visit and/or use our Services, we may collect aggregated usage Personal Information, such as Visitors’ and Users’ browsing and activities on the Services, such as, but not limited to session scrolls, non-identifying Personal Information regarding the Visitor’s or User’s device, operating system, internet browser, language and keyboard settings, the pages of our Services that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics etc.

We may receive Personal Information about you from third-party sources, such as social media platforms, security providers, advertising and marketing partners, such as Google analytics that collect, monitor and analyze information in order to improve our Service.

We may also collect Personal Information pertaining to visitors and users of our User’s websites or services (“Users-of-Users”, “End Users”), solely for and on our Users’. For example, each of our Users is able to process the email contacts of their Users and/or collect contacts via their Website. Such information and contacts are then stored with Sitery, on the User’s behalf. For such purposes Sitery shall be considered as a “Processor” and not as the “Controller” of such Users-of-Users information. If you are a visitor, user or customer of any of our Users, please read the following: Sitery has no direct relationship with Users-of-Users whose Personal Information it processes. Why do we collect such Personal Information
We use your Personal Information for the following purposes: (a) to provide and operate the Services; (b) to develop and improve our Services; (c) to provide our Users with customer assistance and technical support; (d) to contact our Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages; (e) to create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred information; (f) to comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Per Article 32 of the GDPR, we have in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure. All data is securely stored in Google Services.
Honoring data subject rights
We have processes in place to honor data subject requests. Sitery will export, correct, or delete Contact Data upon request by the Customer.

All personal data we collected will be erased and we won’t be able to provide our services to you.

Children’s Privacy
Only persons who are age 18 or older have permission to access our Services. Our Services are not intended to be used by anyone under the age of 13 («Children»). Financial data and communication from Sitery
Our website is connected to the internet acquiring that allows you to pay with Visa or Mastercard. When you decide to pay for the subscription, a protected window of the processing service will be opened. Enter your credit card data there. For additional authentification of the cardholder 3D secure protocol is used. If your bank supports this technology, you will be redirected to its server for additional identification. Ask your Bank for detailed information about the rules and methods of additional identification.

We use third party payment processing platforms and domain services. These platforms will request you to disclose them sensitive personal data (e.g. credit card number, account username and password) in order to complete purchases and operations related to our services. Such third party payment processing platforms are governed by their own safety standards, policies and terms of use. We shall not be liable for their operation, safety or otherwise their functioning. We strongly advise our users to engage in online safety measures in order to protect their financial information, here in the Site and elsewhere. We will not collect or store any sensitive financial data of yours.

We may use your Personal Information to send you promotional content and messages by e-mail, text messages, notifications within our platform, marketing calls and similar forms of communication from Sitery or our partners through such means.

If you do not wish to receive such promotional messages or calls, you may notify Sitery at any time or follow the “unsubscribe” in the promotional communications you receive.
Service and Billing Messages
Sitery may also contact you with important information regarding our Services, or your use thereof. For example, we may send you a notice (through any of the means available to us) if a certain Service is temporarily suspended for maintenance; reply to your support ticket or e-mail; send you reminders or warnings regarding upcoming or late payments for your current or upcoming subscriptions; forward abuse complaints regarding your User Website; or notify you of material changes in our Services.

It is important that you are always able to receive such messages. For this reason, you are not be able to opt-out of receiving such Service and Billing Messages unless you are no longer a Sitery User (which can be done by deactivating your account).
